For semi-custom orders, we will send you a proof within 48 hours. Once the proof is approved, your order will be shipped in 5-7 business days using the shipping method you select at checkout.

Please pay close attention to your proof! If you receive your order and something is wrong with the print or quality, let us know at hello@feelkamu.com.

If you change your mind about pre-approved wording or customized product, we unfortunately won’t be able to accept a return.

We are happy to work with you to achieve the best product. Please leave a note at checkout with your preferred font and we will send you up to two different proofs to choose from. After that, each proof is an extra $8.
